The Board of Zoning Appeals hears requests for variances from the zoning ordinances as well as special use exemptions and appeal applications.

The Town of Cedar Lake Board of Zoning Appeals consists of 5 members: 3 citizens are appointed for a 4-year term, the Town Council appoints a Planning Commission Member annually and the Plan Commission appoints a Plan Commission Member.

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets at the Cedar Lake Town Hall, located at 7408 Constitution Avenue in Cedar Lake on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00p.m.
