In an effort to provide more options for our utility customers we are working on upgrades to our billing software. Bills for the month of February were delayed for a couple of days as we transitioned over to the new billing. Your bills should look very similar to what you have been receiving. If you have any questions, please call the Utility Billing Department at 374-7000. Over the past two years, we have given you the option of going to our local branch of DeMotte State Bank to make payments, and customers continue to sign up for ACH withdrawals. We are working to provide you with the option of receiving your bills by email, and making payments online. Thank you for your patience as we strive to serve you better.
