Website Feedback Form

The Town of Cedar Lake welcomes input from our citizens. This is why we have created this feedback form. We are especially interested in your input about our new website. The feedback form is two pages, but feel free to complete any and all sections you choose.

Directions for submitting the form:

1) Click on the Website Feedback Form link.

2) You will prompted to open a Microsoft Word Document.

4) Choose "save."

3) Complete any sections you like.

4) Send the document as an attachment to askthetown@cedarlakein.org.
