Department of the Clerk-Treasurer

The Clerk-Treasurer is the keeper of the Corporate Seal and the official records of the Town, including ordinances, resolutions, permits, titles and minutes of the meetings of the Town Council. The Clerk-Treasurer issues and/or accepts fees for licenses, permits, fines and all invoices.

The Clerk-Treasurer is responsible for the handling, accounting, collection and disbursement of all funds, as well as other financial matters of the Town, including the investment of Town funds.

The Clerk-Treasurer is an elected full-time position. The current Clerk-Treasurer, Amy Sund, took office for a four-year term on January 1, 2008. Her profile will be available soon.
